noticing judgment
striving-longing
feelings of need
pulling at someone else
searching for words
survival-instinct
healing
interesting
noticing anger
discomfort-fear
respect
shaking
noticing the inward struggle
magnify love
noticing withdrawal
and regret
sacrifice
thought-thought
entering the center
staying centered
noticing
pushing down and pushing away
there is nothing to forgive
desire
LOVE
There is only one constant
one consistent string
that stretches beyond eternity
that exists in everyone
and lives through all things
and that is Love
there is no denying it
Love is ever present
Love does not possess
nor manipulate
nor fear
Love does not control
Love does not ever leave
If there is a forever
then it is Love
Love is the only forever
We can close our eyes to it
but Love still exists
Love is in and is all things
Love is not high or low
Love is everywhere
If we do not live with Love
and acknowledge Love
and be present with Love
then we hurt ourselves and every being
that exists
Do you really Love?
Are you Love?
Are you more than ideas and concepts?
Is Love your true reality?
We came here to feel Love
and experience it on a tangible level
Remember who you are-always
be present with yourself
be aware
without judgment
be and live the Love that you are.
